Hitting off-center shots normally create uncontrolled hooks or slices. The RX 460 Carbon driver however features a deep face with a compact width. This minimizes the distance between the shaft and the center of gravity (COG) projection on the face, thus greatly reducing the twisting on off-center shots. This signature Alpha driver technology makes for exceptionally straight and long drives with minimal dispersion.
Discretionary mass is also placed in the heel and toe of the driver adding to its moment of inertia (MOI). Both of these factors combine to make the RX460 driver very forgiving and great for achieving maximum distance without losing accuracy.
